Student Bursary Fund

The PAMA student bursary fund is used for a variety of reasons and the fund disbursement is decided on at a once yearly meeting of the teachers at PAMA. Some of the possible reasons for funding:

 1. To help a student who under normal circumstances could not afford to take private music lessons.
 2. To assist a student in pursuing further study at a higher level such as an international guest artist workshop or private lesson with a world renowned instrumentalist.
 3. To allow a student the simple opportunity to go to a classical music concert or opera or other musical event that interests them that is out of their financial realm.
 4. To allow a keen student to go from a 30 minute weekly lesson to a half hour lesson.
5. To contribute to a students costs to attend a festival or competition. Bursary contributions may be at any level and every cent of every contribution goes directly to a deserving student.

If you wish to contribute you can do so by writing a cheque to the PAMA Student Bursary Trust. PAMA is not a non profit society.
