Dana has toured internationally as a gigging drummer, worked actively as a studio drummer, and taught as a full time drum instructor for over 12 years. In 2011 he completed a Diploma in Jazz Studies at Camosun College, Victoria, BC.
As well as drums Dana has always had a passion for both music and education, teaching in preschools and working in all aspects of child care from summer camps to one-on-one care. As a father of five children, Dana is creative, fun and enthusiastic, and sensitive to children’s individual needs.

Dana creates lessons specifically for each student and believes in making lessons fun and interesting.
